Nothing the room was disgusting and I got a refund.

The room was dumpy and smelled poorly.

I enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff during my stay. Their help with check-in made a difference. The clean room was a welcome comfort after a long journey.

Good basic room at reasonable prices with a refrigerator, fridge plus microwave.

The price and the location, the staff was friendly.

That I sat in a wet spot on the bed when we arrived, (febreeze I'm sure) but I asked a maid about it and was informed that they spray them daily as the dont was the bed spreads but every 2 to 3 days :( gross!! We did not use the bed spread!

Clean room, friendly staff, the convenient location with a snack bar and easy access to the freeway made my stay enjoyable, as well as the free Wi-Fi that allowed me to stay connected.

Fairly clean hotel, CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS stuff, favourable and decent location in the center. Location so close to Close to restaurants, and the nearby Farmers Skillet. For shots visit The Lab Bar and Grill, nestled within 25 minutes' walk of the property.

The room had great air conditioning and the bed was comfortably firm. I felt at home, no reason to complain.

Just an excellent fit for exploring town in Chico with decent value for money. The staff were really nice and helped me with the credit card issue. Make sure to double-check your check-in details before arrival.

The young man at the front desk provided really good service . His friendly demeanor, which helped offset some of the inconveniences.

The noise from the neighboring room kept us up on the second night.

Helpful and cute staff. The room was clean with a comfortably firm bed and an efficient air conditioner providing just enough background noise. The location can be hard to find if unfamiliar, and the overall experience felt a bit basic for longer stays. A simple breakfast was provided, but expectations for an economy room should be managed.
